CEO Message

The Times They Are a-Changin’
- Bob Dylan, 1964

The enterprise content management industry has evolved from the mid-80s from scanning a piece of paper and moving it from one desk to another, to what we now know as Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management, leveraging mobile, social and cloud-based technologies. RGB’s mission is to help our clients evolve beyond paper-based manual processes through a digital transformation consistent with the way business should be conducted in the 21st century. We take great pride in working with clients, users and senior management to visualize what that 21st-century model will look like while providing a roadmap to ensure our clients achieve that objective.

So, as the terrain has shifted for customers and there is no longer a need to buy and maintain expensive on-premise systems, the option now exists to pay-as-you-go for functionality that is hosted in the cloud. At the same time, the terrain has also shifted for consultancies from value added resellers to more strategic solution providers. Our new capability ensures that our expansion into managed services is handled and maintained seamlessly and efficiently by an established and trusted provider. Agile, proactive and always ahead of the curve, RGB Projects is actively embracing these shifts by evolving our business offerings through strategic partnerships and propriety technology development, staying in sync with our clients and their changing needs and objectives every step of the way.

Testimonials

  • "We had a 15-year old FileNet workflow application that needed upgrading to the latest generation of ECM technology. Everything needed to change - user interfaces, databases, document authoring and capture, application integration, batch processes, reporting, etc. We called upon RGB to provide a turnkey solution because of their proven ability to bridge the gap between legacy FileNet software and the P8 generation of products. RGB designed a system and devised a phased approach to development and deployment that minimized our risk and enabled our staff to assimilate the new system with no interruption to our business. The new system delivers greater efficiency and provides a framework for easily extending our business process to external participants and stakeholders."
